Prior authorization is required before product can be returned. Please contact Matrix at email@example.com or (866) 515-7500 to speak with customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
The normal restocking charge for returns is 20% of the value of the returned material plus any reconditioning costs. Additional restocking charges may apply as set forth by our vendors.
Requests for RMA’s must be received by Matrix within 21 days of original delivery date. An exception would be in the case of a potential warranty claim.
RMA’s are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.
Product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging materials. Matrix reserves the right to not issue credit for items returned in any condition other than new and unused. Any such item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the buyer. Collect shipments will not be accepted unless specified and approved by Matrix. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer unless pre-approved by Matrix.
Product must be returned to the destination noted on the RMA by Matrix with the RGA number visibly displayed on the outside of the packaging.
If material is sent without a RMA number the shipment will be refused. Customer is liable for all return shipping charges, and any additional charges such as storage.
Non-Refundable: Some specials, discounted/promotional offers, & custom products have a NO RETURN policy.
